Pre-CAMPAIGN WORK: BUYER PERSONAS
For this social media campaign, the focus was on Instagram and Facebook as the two social media channels. Before brainstorming ideas for the posts, I developed 3 key buyer personas to guide my posts. An example of one of these personas is below.

Below are the posts created for Instagram and Facebook. Since Facebook and Instagram are integrated in the Facebook platform, the posts are worded the same, but the results were very different.

Post-CAMPAIGN RESULTS
Overall, the posts did very well on Instagram, with an average of 32 likes per post. In addition, this campaign helped me and the client pinpoint that LinkedIn is an essential part of what the users need, as in my buyer persona at the beginning. The client will now focus more on LinkedIn tips, which were not the main focus before this social media campaign.
